ICS Limited has recently deployed software to automate talent management activities. That software is called HUMAN MANAGER. This allows us to significantly increase efficiency and effectiveness of our HR services to staffs. This gives them easy access to critical information while promoting more communication across the organization.

Human Manager is our interactive online platform hosted on the World Wide Web. It is designed to relate with all ICS staffs nationwide and to provide real time support to them. Human Manager is managed centrally from the Head office in Lagos, so all staffs remain adequately in touch with what is going on in ICS Limited irrespective of their location of demography.
This online system offers a wide range of staff management support, including Data upload/update, Training, Leave request, Exit process, Complaints/Grievances management, networking opportunities and a range of other beneficial activities.
Simply put, Human Manager will make life easier for us all – the staffs, ICS Limited and our clients.
Human Manager is a deliberate effort by ICS Limited to educate and inform staff with latest trends, events, news and opportunities in the major industries of the business community. The fact that this system is user friendly is complemented by its ability to process staffs’ request via all the existing technology platforms – desktop computers, laptops, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) and mobile devices in real time.
One of the core advantage is that it has promoted increased productivity as more information are now being processed as against what a manual system can do, therefore reducing the amount of human labour in staffs’ requests and complaints – e.g scanning of leave request, introduction letter request, loan application, HMO form fills etc.
Human Manager boasts of an online Learning Management System (LMS) called ICS Talent Manager. This LMS hosted on the Human Manager, allows you access to lessons and learning contents that would enhance your proficiency, competence and excellence at your various designated job roles. It also helps you develop new opportunities through continuous improvement.
The LMS has been regimented to ensure all staff learn specific knowledge, skills and behaviour as required on their jobs. It involves instruction-based learning ladders which allow you take one course at a time. All Staff are required to take at least one course per quarter, and this is a major part of their yearly appraisal.
With the Human Manager, it cost far less to get clarifications, make a request, fill some documents and do other things required of staff. Above all, staff will worry less about losing vital information as all requests; approvals and information are always on the portal and could be printed at any time.
Other benefits of the Human Manager includes: Easy data update and personal data maintenance, benefits inquiry, and easy tracking of records and actions. Don’t want to sign-up? You might be missing a lot
As already highlighted, the Human Manager was designed to make life easier for all. Failure to sign-up to the portal implies that such a person is denying his/her status as our staff.
Furthermore, all staffs’ request (leave, introductory letter to embassies, offer letter, exit form, confirmation letter, etc) and complaints should be made via this platform as the company is gradually migrating to a paperless enterprise – and as such, all paper requests will soon be a thing of the past.
Trainings and appraisals are going to be done via this platform too. There will be regular update of staffs’ data via this platform.
It is in the interest of all our staff to ensure that the register immediately on the portal to avoid the complications and huge disadvantages that result from not doing so.
