Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Provide expert guidance on lubricant products and their applications.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Manage multiple customer accounts independently and effectively.
Utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.
Travel as required to meet clients and close deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the lubricant, automotive, or industrial sectors.
In-depth knowledge of lubricants, their uses, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects/accounts independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
