To drive organizational growth by identifying new business leads, building strategic relationships, and selling the company’s consulting and outsourcing services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue for ICS Outsourcing.
Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets and business growth goals.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or HR services (preferably in outsourcing).
Skills: Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions and the HR industry; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
