Job Summary

To drive deposit mobilization and grow the customer base for a financial institution through strategic relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Drive deposit mobilization to achieve and exceed monthly targets.

• Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and sustain the customer base.

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.

• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Provide regular reports on pipeline, performance, and revenue generation.

Requirement and Skills

• Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or deposit mobilization.

• Track Record: Strong history of meeting or exceeding financial targets.

• Constraint: Candidates must not be sourced from Commercial Banks.

• MFB Candidates: Those from Microfinance Banks must have verifiable transaction volumes managed.

• Skills: High level of professionalism and a result-oriented mindset.
