Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct employment, education, and reference verification checks.

• Prepare accurate and detailed background screening reports.

• Ensure all verification activities comply with legal standards and internal company processes.

• Support client engagement and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirement and Skills

• Education: ND (National Diploma) holder only.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in background verification, compliance, or HR.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Location: Must reside within Mowe-Ibafo, Redemption Camp, Shagamu Inter-Change, Magboro, Asese, Pakuro, Loburo, or Orimerunmu.

• Added Advantage: Previous experience in sales or client engagement.
