To manage the lifecycle of corporate and third-party applications, ensuring optimal system performance, IT security compliance, and effective support delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage development, installation, upgrades, and maintenance of business applications
Administer the company website and ensure system uptime and performance
Liaise with vendors for system configuration, support, and service delivery
Plan and execute test strategies for system upgrades and new implementations
Monitor user access and enforce IT security and governance policies
Resolve IT helpdesk issues within agreed timelines
Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and disaster recovery knowledge base
Requirement and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
3–5+ years' experience managing enterprise applications; real estate/property tech experience is an advantage
Strong understanding of property management operations, leasing, tenant administration, and financial reporting
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
