Sales / Business Development Manager (Real Estate) (Lagos)
Job Summary
To lead sales growth and business development efforts for a digital property platform by acquiring clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue within the real estate and mortgage sectors.
Responsibilities
Acquire new clients and partnerships within the real estate and mortgage sectors
Build and manage relationships with HNIs, institutional investors, and key stakeholders
Conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements
Track KPIs and provide performance reports to management
Requirement and Skills
5–8 years' sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role; real estate experience is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
